Perfluoroelastomer/FFKM
FFKM (Perfluoroelastomer) is highly valued for its nearly universal chemical compatibility, exceptional resistance to high temperatures, and extended lifespan in aggressive environments. Often used for sealing in microfluidic components, FFKM is commonly used in industries such as petrochemistry, and aerospace due to its outstanding properties.
FFKM help prevent semiconductor process contamination by reducing particulates, lowering extractables, and resisting degradation in harsh plasma.
